High-Voltage Inverter / Magnetron Protection Fault
H99
Microwave displays H99 and shuts down or will not start heating.
High-Voltage System Overcurrent / Protection Trip
SE
Microwave displays SE (sometimes interpreted as 5E) and beeps continuously; keypad may be unresponsive.
Keypad Short / Stuck Key Error
Symptom
Microwave clock or timer loses time or resets intermittently.
Control Board Power Stability Issue
Symptom
Microwave convection or grill function does not heat, but standard microwave heating works.
Convection / Grill Heater Failure
Symptom
Microwave display is dim, flickering, or partially missing segments, but the unit still operates.
Display Module or Control Board Failure
Symptom
Microwave does not start at all; display is blank and no lights or sounds when door is opened or buttons are pressed.
No Power / Dead Unit
Symptom
Microwave door will not open or is very hard to open; latch feels stuck.
Door Latch Mechanism Jammed or Broken
Symptom
Microwave door will not stay closed or pops open during cooking.
Door Latch Misalignment or Wear
Symptom
Microwave emits a burning smell, electrical odor, or smoke during or shortly after operation.
Overheating Component or Electrical Short
Symptom
Microwave exterior or control panel becomes very hot to the touch during normal use.
Overheating / Poor Ventilation
Symptom
Microwave has power and display works, but pressing START does nothing; no relay click, no fan or light.
Start Circuit / Door Interlock Fault
Symptom
Microwave interior accumulates condensation or water droplets on walls and door during and after cooking.
Excess Moisture / Condensation
Symptom
Microwave interior is sparking or arcing during cooking; bright flashes may appear on the walls or near the waveguide cover.
Cavity Arcing / Waveguide Contamination
Symptom
Microwave interior light does not come on when the door is opened or during cooking, but the unit otherwise works.
