E4 appears on the display, often during pressure cooking; unit stops heating and may release steam.
Overpressure or Lid Temperature Sensor Fault
E5
E5 error appears, cooker will not start or aborts during heating; often associated with power or internal electronics issues.
Main Control Board Sensor Circuit or Power Supply Fault
E6
E6 is displayed and the cooker refuses to start or stops mid-cycle; may be associated with lid or pressure detection issues.
Lid Lock / Lid Position Sensor Fault
E7
E7 appears on the display, often immediately after power-on or when starting a program; cooker does not heat.
Heating Element Circuit Open or Relay Failure
E8
E8 error appears during pressure cooking; unit may not reach or maintain pressure.
Pressure Sensor Fault or Out-of-Range Signal

E9 is displayed and the cooker stops; may occur when the unit overheats without sufficient contents.
Dry-Boil Protection / Extreme Overtemperature Shutdown
Err
Display shows 'Err' or 'Error' and beeps; no specific numeric code; cooker will not start.
Generic Control Panel or Program Logic Error
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel do not respond or require very hard pressing; some keys work, others do not.
Keypad / Membrane Switch Failure
Symptom

Symptom
Inner pot rocks, rattles, or does not sit flat on the heating plate; uneven cooking results.
Inner Pot / Heating Plate Misalignment
Symptom
Keep-warm function does not maintain temperature; food cools down too much.
Keep-Warm Temperature Too Low or Not Activating
Symptom
Keep-warm function overheats food, causing it to dry out or burn on the bottom.
Keep-Warm Temperature Too High
Symptom
Lid is stuck and will not open after cooking; float valve appears down but the handle will not turn.
Mechanical Lid Lock Jammed
Symptom
Multicooker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.
No Power / Dead Appliance
Symptom
Multicooker emits a burning smell or visible smoke from the base or control panel during operation.
Electrical Overheating or Component Burnout
Symptom
Multicooker heats very slowly or never reaches the set temperature; food remains undercooked.
Weak Heating / Partial Heating Element Failure
Symptom
Multicooker leaks steam or liquid around the lid during pressure cooking.
Lid Seal / Gasket Failure
Symptom
Multicooker makes loud clicking, popping, or buzzing noises from the base during operation.
Relay Operation or Electrical Arcing Noise
Symptom
