Pilot Signal Communication Fault

Lectron EV charger displays E02 and refuses to charge; vehicle may briefly start then stop charging.

Lectron charger makes a loud buzzing or chattering noise from inside the unit during charging.
Noisy Contactor or Relay Chatter

Lectron charger powers on but will not start charging; vehicle shows 'charging stopped' or 'charger not ready' with no error code on the Lectron display.
EVSE Ready State Not Achieved
Symptom
Lectron charger shows normal ready status, but the vehicle reports 'charging cable locked' or 'unable to release connector' after charging.
Mechanical Sticking of J1772 Latch
Symptom
Lectron charger trips the house breaker immediately or within a few seconds of starting a charge.
Short Circuit or Severe Overload
Symptom
Lectron charger’s cable insulation shows cracks, cuts, or severe UV damage, even though the unit still charges.
Degraded Output Cable Insulation

Lectron charger’s front panel buttons (if equipped) do not respond or respond intermittently, but the display is on.
