E01
Control panel displays E01 and the hot tub will not start heating or run filtration.
Water Flow Protection / Low Flow Fault
E02
Display shows E02 and heating stops; bubbles may still work but water does not heat.
Water Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
E03
E03 appears and the spa stops heating; sometimes accompanied by very hot water or rapid temperature rise.
Overheat Protection / High Temperature Fault
E04
E04 error and the pump will not run; spa may not respond to start commands.
Pump Overcurrent / Motor Protection Fault
E05
E05 displayed and the heater does not operate; spa may run bubbles and filtration normally.
Heater Circuit Open / Heater Failure
E06
E06 appears and the spa shuts down or will not start; often after a power surge or lightning storm.
Control PCB Communication / Internal Fault
E07
E07 displayed and the spa will not heat; temperature reading may be erratic or stuck.
Ambient / Air Temperature Sensor Fault
E08
E08 error and the spa stops heating; may occur when using the spa in very cold weather.
Freeze Protection / Low Ambient Temperature Fault
E09
E09 displayed and the bubble (air) function will not start or stops abruptly.
Air Blower Overheat / Overcurrent Fault
E10
E10 appears and the spa will not start; keypad may be unresponsive or partially functional.
Keypad / Topside Control Communication Fault
E11
E11 displayed and the spa cannot maintain set temperature; heater cycles erratically.
Temperature Calibration / Sensor Mismatch Fault
E12
E12 error and the spa shuts down unexpectedly, often when multiple functions are used together (heat + bubbles).
Overvoltage / Undervoltage Power Supply Fault
E13
E13 displayed and the spa will not start; sometimes after water has splashed onto the control unit.
Ground Fault / Leakage Current Detection
E14
E14 error and the spa cannot detect water level correctly; may refuse to start heating even when full.
Water Level Sensor / Pressure Switch Fault
E15
E15 displayed and the spa stops heating shortly after starting; may coincide with noisy pump operation.
Dry-Fire Protection / No Water in Heater
E16
E16 appears intermittently; spa may randomly shut off or restart.
Internal Overtemperature of Control Box
E17
E17 displayed and the spa cannot detect or control the bubble function correctly.
Air Blower Control Circuit Fault
E18
E18 error and the spa shows no or incorrect water temperature; display may show dashes or unrealistic values.
Display / Sensor Data Communication Fault
E19
E19 displayed and the spa will not start any function; often after incorrect wiring or using adapters.
Line Frequency / Power Configuration Fault
Symptom
Air bubbles are weak or uneven around the ring; some sections have no bubbles.
Reduced Air Blower Output / Blocked Air Ring
Symptom
Display shows temperature but water feels much cooler or warmer than indicated.
Temperature Reading Offset
Symptom
Display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
Keypad Membrane Failure
Symptom
High-pitched whining or humming from the air blower, with or without bubbles.
Air Blower Bearing Wear
Symptom
Pump makes loud grinding or rattling noise during filtration or heating.
Pump Bearing or Impeller Damage
Symptom
Slow water leak from under the spa body, not from visible hoses or fittings.
Internal Plumbing or Liner Leak
Symptom
Spa cover collects excessive condensation and drips heavily when opened; control unit shows signs of moisture.
Condensation and Moisture Ingress Risk
Symptom
Spa does not heat water at all, but filtration and bubbles operate normally; no error code displayed.
Heater Element Failure Without Code
Symptom
Spa heats very slowly and struggles to reach set temperature, especially in mild weather.
Reduced Heating Performance
Symptom
Spa leaks water from around the base of the control unit or from hose connections.
External Plumbing Leak
Symptom
Spa liner loses air and becomes soft over several hours or days.
Air Leak in Inflatable Liner
Symptom
Spa overheats beyond the set temperature without showing an error; water feels too hot.
Thermostat Control Failure
Symptom
Spa shuts off unexpectedly after running for some time, then can be restarted after cooling.
Thermal Overload of Pump or Blower
Symptom
Spa trips the household breaker or RCD/GFCI as soon as it is plugged in or when heat is activated; no code shown.
Electrical Short or Ground Leakage
Symptom
Spa will not power on at all; no lights or display, even though outlet has power.
No Power / Dead Control Unit
Symptom
Spa will not start filtration or heating cycle; buttons beep but nothing happens.
Stuck Relay or Logic Lockup
Symptom
Strong chemical smell or skin/eye irritation when using the spa.
Chemical Imbalance / Over-Sanitization
Symptom
Water appears cloudy or has a strong odor despite filtration running normally.
Water Quality / Filtration Inefficiency
Symptom
Water level drops significantly only when pump or bubbles are running.
