Upper Lid Temperature Sensor Fault
E9
E9 appears and the cooker shuts down unexpectedly, often with a burning smell previously noticed.
Serious Overheat / Safety Cutoff Triggered
Err
Display shows a generic 'Err' or 'Error' message and beeps, with no specific code number.
Generic Control System Error
LID
Display shows a lid-related message (e.g., 'LID' or flashing lid icon) and the cooker will not start pressure programs.
Lid Not Locked / Lock Detection Fault
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or require very hard presses.
Keypad Membrane Wear / Control Panel Failure
Symptom
Condensation or water collects around the base of the cooker during or after use.
External Condensation / Minor Leak
Symptom
Display flickers, dims, or resets during cooking; sometimes the cooker restarts mid-cycle.
Intermittent Power / Voltage Drop
Symptom
Exterior of the multicooker becomes excessively hot to the touch during normal operation.
Insulation Degradation / Heat Shield Failure
Symptom
Food is burning or sticking heavily to the bottom of the inner pot, especially in rice or sauté modes.
Localized Overheating / Temperature Overshoot
Symptom
Food is undercooked even though the full pressure cooking cycle completes without errors.
Low Actual Pressure / Temperature Calibration Issue
Symptom
Inner pot coating is peeling, scratched, or flaking into food.
Non-Stick Coating Degradation
Symptom
Keep Warm function overheats food, causing it to dry out or burn on the bottom.
Keep Warm Temperature Too High
Symptom
Lid is stuck and will not open after cooking; float valve appears down but lid will not turn.
