Vacuum will not power on; battery LEDs flash rapidly in a repeating pattern shortly after pressing the power trigger.

Battery Pack Protection Trip

E10

LEDs or display show E10; vacuum does not respond to trigger; sometimes occurs after liquid is accidentally vacuumed.

Main PCB Fault / Short Circuit Detected

E11

Vacuum runs but a loud high‑pitched whine is heard and E11 or a fan icon appears; suction may be weak.

Motor Speed Sensor / Tachometer Fault

E12

Charging dock or handle display shows E12; battery will not charge beyond a low level; charger LED may stay green.

Battery Temperature Sensor Fault

Vacuum will not start; E13 or a trigger icon appears; trigger feels loose or does not click properly.

Trigger Switch / Power Button Fault

LEDs show E14; vacuum may start then immediately stop; often occurs after a drop or impact.

Internal Communication / Sensor Bus Error

High‑Power Mode Inhibit / Current Limit Fault
