Display shows CODE or similar, spa may be in programming or diagnostic mode and not heat.
Control System Configuration / Programming Mode
COL
Display shows COL or COOL, heater is disabled and pumps may run to circulate water.
Cold Water Protection / Freeze or Low Temperature Condition

Display shows dr or DR, spa will not heat and may shut down after attempting to start the heater.
Dry Heater / Insufficient Water in Heater

Display shows dY or DY after a dr error, spa locks out heating.
Dry Heater Lockout
FL
Display alternates between FL and temperature, heater does not engage or cycles on and off frequently.
Intermittent Flow Detection Fault
FLO
Display shows FLO or FL, heater will not turn on, spa may run pumps but water does not heat.
Low Flow / No Flow Through Heater

Display shows HL, spa may shut down heater and sometimes pumps, water may not feel excessively hot.
High Limit Trip Due to Localized Overheating

Display shows ICE or ICE2, pumps run automatically even when spa is not in use.

Panel Lock / Child Lock Activated

Display shows OH or OHH, spa shuts down and may run pumps briefly to cool, water feels very hot.
Overheat Condition Detected

Display shows OHH and spa shuts down completely, sometimes accompanied by a clicking sound from the control box.
High Limit Overheat Trip
