CHEM
Display shows CHEM, LOW CHEM, or similar; integrated chemical management system indicates an issue.
Chemical Management or Salt System Fault
COL
Display shows COL or COOL, heater does not run and spa may run pumps periodically; water is below set temperature.
Cold Water Protection / Cool Condition
DR
Display shows DR or DRY, heater is disabled; spa may attempt to start and then shut down with this code.
Dry Fire Protection / Low Water in Heater
DY
Display shows DY or DRY YET, often following a DR code; spa may lock out heater.
Dry Heater Lockout After Repeated Dry Condition
ECON
Display shows ECON or EC, spa does not heat continuously and may not reach set temperature during heavy use.
Economy Heating Mode Enabled
FIL
Display shows FIL ERR or FLTR, filtration cycle does not run as expected or spa indicates filter error.
Filtration Cycle or Filter Monitoring Fault
FLC
Control panel displays FLC (flow closed) even though water appears to be circulating; heater will not engage.
Flow Switch Stuck Closed or Shorted
FLO
Control panel displays FLO or FL, pumps will not run or heater will not turn on, spa may shut down shortly after startup.
Low or No Water Flow Through Heater
HL
Control panel shows HL or HLo, spa shuts down heater and sometimes pumps; water may feel extremely hot near heater outlet.
High Limit Overheat Trip
Htr
Display shows HTR ERR or Htr, heater does not turn on even though pumps run and temperature is below set point.
Heater Circuit Failure
ICE
Display shows ICE or FR, pumps may run automatically even when spa is not in use; heater may cycle frequently.
Freeze Protection Mode Active
LOC
Display shows LOC or PANEL LOCK, buttons on the topside control do not respond.
Topside Control Panel Lockout
O3
Display shows O3 ERR or OZONE, ozone indicator off; ozone generator not running.
Ozone Generator Fault
OH
Display shows OH or OHH, spa shuts down all functions; water in the tub feels very hot (often above 40–42°C / 104–108°F).
Spa Water Overheat Condition
P1
Display shows P1 ERROR or P1 FAIL, first jet pump does not start or trips immediately.
Pump 1 Circuit or Motor Fault

Display shows P2 ERROR or P2 FAIL, second jet pump does not run or trips breaker when activated.

Display shows UV ERR or UV, UV indicator light off; water treatment system not operating.
UV Sanitizer System Fault
Symptom
Air blower (if equipped) does not turn on or is very weak.

Air controls (venturi knobs) do not change jet intensity or suck in air.

Cabinet panels are warped, rotting, or coming loose.
