Microwave will not start; display works but pressing Start does nothing, sometimes accompanied by a brief relay click.
Door Interlock Safety Circuit Fault
E002
Microwave stops a few seconds after starting and displays E002 on the Neff control panel.
Magnetron Overheat / Thermal Cut-out Trip
E003
Microwave runs (light and turntable on) but food remains cold; E003 appears on the display after a short time.
Magnetron / High Voltage Circuit Failure
E004
Microwave display shows E004 and the unit will not start; sometimes accompanied by a faint burning smell previously.
