E06
Dryer shows E06 and will not start or stops unexpectedly; may be accompanied by unusual noises from the drum area.
Drum motor / tachometer feedback fault
E07
Dryer displays E07; cycle may not start or may stop with the drum not turning freely.
Drum obstruction / mechanical jam detected
E08
Dryer shows E08 and may not heat properly; cycle times may be abnormal.
Moisture sensor / conductivity sensor fault
E09
Dryer displays E09 and does not heat; on heat pump models, compressor does not run.
Heat pump module / compressor fault
E10
Dryer shows E10 and may stop with water remaining in the base or in the condensate system.
Condensate pump / drainage fault
E11
Dryer displays E11; may not start or may stop with no obvious mechanical issue.
User interface / control panel communication fault
E12
Dryer shows E12 and may stop with poor drying performance; often related to sensor drying programs.
Humidity control / sensor drying logic fault
E13
Dryer displays E13; may be accompanied by water in the base tray or leak detection.
Leak detection / water in base tray
E14
Dryer shows E14 and may not start; sometimes occurs after a power surge or outage.
Control board configuration / EEPROM fault
E15
Dryer displays E15 and may shut down unexpectedly; sometimes accompanied by a burning smell.
Overheating / safety thermostat trip
E16
Dryer shows E16; drum light may work but the unit will not start.
Door lock / safety interlock circuit fault
E17
Dryer displays E17; may be associated with incorrect or unstable mains frequency/voltage.
Power supply / mains frequency fault
E18
Dryer shows E18 and may not respond to controls; display may be frozen.
Communication error between main control and user interface
E19
Dryer displays E19; may be related to time-of-day or smart functions not working.
Internal clock / auxiliary function fault
E20
Dryer shows E20 and stops; may be associated with sensor for exhaust or condenser temperature.
Secondary temperature sensor fault
Symptom
Dryer display and controls work, but there is no heat; clothes come out cold.
Heating system failure (electric heater or heat pump)
Symptom
Dryer display works but some buttons or touch areas do not respond.
User interface keypad / touch sensor failure
Symptom
Dryer does not start at all; display is dark and unresponsive.
No power / main supply fault
Symptom
Dryer door will not open at the end of the cycle; no error code.
Door lock mechanism stuck
Symptom
Dryer drum does not turn, but you can hear the motor humming.
Broken or slipped drive belt
Symptom
Dryer drum light works, but drum does not turn and there is no motor sound.
Motor circuit open / failed motor
Symptom
Dryer emits a burning smell during operation, but still runs.
Lint accumulation on heater or overheating components
Symptom
Dryer interior light does not work, but the dryer otherwise operates normally.
Drum light circuit failure
Symptom
Dryer leaks water onto the floor during or after a cycle.
Condensate drainage / sealing fault
Symptom
Dryer leaves black or brown marks on clothing.
Contamination or damage at drum seals or baffles
Symptom
Dryer makes a scraping or grinding noise when the drum turns.
Drum rubbing on cabinet or foreign object contact
Symptom
Dryer makes loud squealing or squeaking noises during operation.
Worn drum support components
Symptom
Dryer occasionally trips the household circuit breaker or RCD.
