E1
Operator will not run from remote or wall button, 7‑segment display shows E1 or single flash code on control board LED.
Photocell Safety Beam Interruption or Misalignment

Display shows E10, door stops and reverses a short distance from fully closed, often accompanied by beeping.
Bottom Edge Safety Device Fault (Optical or Pneumatic Edge)

E11 displayed, door will not move from wall button but may still respond to remote (or vice versa).
