Main Power Supply or Control Board Failure
E02
Ice maker powers on but does not produce ice; display shows E02 shortly after startup.
Water Inlet Failure
E03
Display shows E03 and the ice bin remains empty; unit runs briefly then stops.
Low Water Level or Water Level Sensor Fault
E04
E04 displayed; ice production stops and unit may drain repeatedly.
Drain Pump or Drain System Fault
E05
E05 error appears; unit runs but produces little or no ice, often accompanied by long cycle times.
Evaporator Temperature Sensor Fault
E06
E06 displayed; compressor may not start or may shut down quickly.
Compressor Start or Overload Protection Fault
E07
E07 error; condenser fan does not run, unit overheats and shuts down.
Condenser Fan Motor Failure
E08
E08 displayed; ice maker stops mid-cycle and may show signs of frost buildup.
Defrost or Harvest Heater Fault
E09
E09 error; ice bin is empty even though the unit appears to run normally.
Ice Level Sensor or Bin Sensor Fault
E10
E10 displayed; unit fills with water but immediately drains and does not start freezing.
Fill Time or Overflow Protection Fault
E11
E11 error; unit stops and may beep, often after several hours of operation.
High Temperature or Overheat Fault
E12
E12 displayed; unit makes ice but harvest is incomplete or jams frequently.
Harvest Motor or Mechanism Fault
E13
E13 error; unit stops and may show signs of water in the base pan.
Leak Detection or Flood Switch Activation
E14
E14 displayed; control panel buttons may not respond correctly or display is erratic.
User Interface or Touch Control Fault
E15
E15 error; unit may not start a cycle and may beep repeatedly.
Door or Service Panel Switch Fault
E16
E16 displayed; unit cycles on and off rapidly without completing ice production.
Control Board Logic or Sensor Calibration Fault
E17
E17 error; unit is unusually noisy and may shut down with the error after some time.
Circulation Pump or Water Pump Fault
E18
E18 displayed; unit produces very thin ice or ice that melts quickly in the bin.
Low Refrigerant Performance or Suction Temperature Fault
E19
E19 error; unit may not respond to commands or may lock up mid-cycle.
EEPROM or Memory Error in Control Board
E20
E20 displayed; unit indicates a sensor calibration or configuration problem after service or installation.
Configuration or Parameter Error
Symptom
Clicking noise and the compressor repeatedly tries to start but fails.
Compressor Start Failure
Symptom
Excessive vibration or shaking when the compressor runs.
Installation or Support Vibration Issue
Symptom
Grinding or rattling noise during ice harvest.
Harvest Mechanism Mechanical Wear
Symptom
High-pitched squealing or whistling noise while running.
Fan or Pump Bearing Wear
Symptom
Ice appears cloudy or white instead of clear.
Entrained Air or Mineral Content in Ice
Symptom
Ice cubes are too large or clumped together in sheets.
Excessive Water Fill or Delayed Harvest
Symptom
Ice cubes are too small, thin, or hollow.
Insufficient Water Fill or Premature Harvest
Symptom
Ice has a bad taste or odor (chemical, musty, or food-like).
Contaminated Water Path or Storage Bin
Symptom
Ice maker interior is heavily frosted or iced over.
Excessive Frost or Ice Buildup
Symptom
Ice maker produces ice but bin overflows and ice spills into the cabinet.
Ice Level Control Failure
Symptom
Ice maker produces ice very slowly; bin never fills to normal level.
Reduced Ice Production Rate
Symptom
Ice maker runs but produces no ice at all (no error code displayed).
No Ice Production Without Fault Code
Symptom
Ice maker starts then shuts off after a few minutes without making ice.
Early Cycle Termination
Symptom
Ice maker will not start at all, but interior light works and display is on.
Control Lockout or Start Circuit Issue
Symptom
Ice melts quickly in the bin and the bin temperature feels warm.
Poor Bin Insulation or Warm Air Infiltration
Symptom
Interior light does not work, but ice maker otherwise operates normally.
Lighting Circuit Failure
Symptom
Loud humming noise from the ice maker, even when not actively making ice.
