E12
E12 error, unit beeps and stops; internal fan may run but ice production does not start.
Internal Communication / Control Board Fault
E2
Baridi ice maker stops mid-cycle and displays E2, no new ice is produced.
Water Level Sensor / Float Switch Error
E3
Display shows E3 and the ice-making cycle stops early; ice tray may not move.
Ice Tray Motor or Position Sensor Fault
E4
Unit powers on but quickly shows E4 and stops cooling; compressor or fan may not run.
Compressor Start / Overload Protection Fault
E5
E5 displayed, ice is very thin or not forming properly on the evaporator.
Evaporator Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
E6
E6 error appears and the unit stops; fan may run but no ice is produced.
Ambient / Cabinet Temperature Sensor Fault
E7
E7 displayed, ice basket is full or ice shovel cannot move properly.
Ice Full Sensor / Infrared Beam Fault
E8
E8 error appears, water pump does not seem to circulate water over the evaporator.
Water Circulation Pump Fault
E9
E9 displayed, fan may run but no ice is produced; unit may shut down after a short time.
Condenser Fan Motor Fault
F1
F1 displayed, unit beeps and stops; often associated with fan or airflow issues.
Airflow / Fan Speed Fault
F2
F2 displayed, unit may stop mid-cycle; often linked to water system issues.
Water Flow / Fill Fault
H1
H1 or HI displayed, unit indicates high temperature and stops making ice.
High Temperature / Overheat Protection
L1
L1 or LO displayed, unit indicates low temperature or sensor reading error; ice may be too thick or machine may shut down.
Low Temperature / Sensor Calibration Fault
P1
P1 displayed, unit indicates water shortage and stops making ice.
Low Water / Reservoir Empty Detection
P2
P2 displayed, unit indicates ice basket full even when empty.
Ice Bin Full Detection Fault
Symptom
Baridi ice maker does not turn on at all, no lights or display, completely dead.
No Power / Input Power Failure
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or require very hard presses.
Keypad / Button Failure
Symptom
Condenser fan runs continuously even when the unit is idle or off (but still plugged in).
Fan Control Circuit Stuck On
Symptom
Display and buttons work, but pressing start does nothing; no cycle begins.
Start Circuit / User Interface Logic Fault
Symptom
Display is dim, flickering, or segments are missing, but the unit still makes ice.
Display / LED Module Degradation
Symptom
Ice cubes are oversized, fused together, or cause jams during harvest.
Overfreezing / Excessive Ice Thickness
Symptom
Ice cubes are very small, hollow, or melt quickly in the basket.
Insufficient Ice Formation / Poor Freeze Quality
Symptom
Ice cubes stick together in the basket and form large clumps.
Ice Clumping / Poor Storage Conditions
Symptom
Ice has a bad taste or odor, or water in the reservoir smells unpleasant.
Contaminated Water Path / Biofilm Buildup
Symptom
Ice maker runs but produces very little ice or ice production is much slower than normal.
Reduced Cooling Capacity / Inefficient Heat Exchange
Symptom
Ice maker runs continuously without stopping, even when the basket is full of ice.
Ice Level Detection Failure
Symptom
Ice maker trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when plugged in or during operation.
Electrical Short or Ground Fault
Symptom
Unit makes loud rattling, buzzing, or grinding noises during operation.
Excessive Operational Noise
Symptom
Unit powers on, fans run, but no ice is produced; evaporator does not get cold.
No Cooling / Refrigeration System Failure
Symptom
Unit starts a cycle but stops after a few minutes without producing ice, no error code shown.
Premature Cycle Termination
Symptom
Unit vibrates excessively or moves on the countertop during operation.
Vibration / Mechanical Imbalance
Symptom
Visible mold, slime, or scale buildup inside the ice maker, on the evaporator, or in the reservoir.
Hygiene / Biofilm and Scale Accumulation
Symptom
Water accumulates inside the cabinet or under the ice basket but does not leak outside.
Internal Drainage / Overflow Issue
Symptom
Water leaks from the bottom or sides of the Baridi ice maker onto the countertop or floor.
External Water Leak
Symptom
Water pump runs loudly or intermittently, and water flow over the evaporator is weak.
