Cookware Detection Failure
E1
Induction or ceramic cooktop shuts down shortly after switching on; display shows E1 or a similar low‑voltage warning.
Undervoltage or Power Supply Fault
E2
Induction zone stops heating and displays E2; sometimes occurs after operating at high power for several minutes.
Induction Zone Overheating Protection
E3
Induction cooktop displays E3 and refuses to start or shuts down when multiple zones are used at high power.
Overcurrent or Power Management Fault
E4
Induction zone shows E4 and does not heat; may appear immediately when the zone is turned on.
Induction Coil or Power Stage Fault
E5
Induction cooktop displays E5 and shuts down or refuses to start; often related to high internal temperature or sensor error.
Electronics Overtemperature or Sensor Fault
E6
Induction cooktop shows E6 and will not operate; may appear after a power surge or lightning storm.
Internal Communication or Control Board Fault
E7
Induction cooktop displays E7 on one or more zones; zone does not heat or behaves erratically.
Cookware Recognition Sensor or Frequency Detection Fault
E8
Induction cooktop shows E8 and may shut down; often associated with incorrect supply frequency or internal timing error.
Mains Frequency or Internal Clock Fault
E9
Induction cooktop displays E9 and locks out operation; often appears after a liquid spill over the control area or after cleaning.
Touch Control Panel Error or Moisture Detection
F0
Gas cooktop with electronic ignition shows F0 or similar code on a small display; burners ignite but error beeps intermittently.
Ignition System Monitoring Fault
F1
Gas cooktop with electronic display shows F1; one or more burners continuously click even when flame is present.
Flame Detection Failure
F2
Gas cooktop with timer/display shows F2; burners may shut off automatically or fail to ignite.
Gas Valve or Safety Solenoid Fault
F3
Electric ceramic cooktop shows F3; one or more radiant zones do not regulate temperature correctly (overheating or underheating).
Temperature Sensor (Thermostat/NTC) Fault on Radiant Zone
F4
Electric ceramic cooktop shows F4; a radiant zone will not heat at all.
Radiant Heating Element Open Circuit
H
Cooktop display shows 'H' or 'h' on one or more zones after switching them off; surface remains hot.
Residual Heat Indication
L
Cooktop display shows an 'L' or padlock symbol and none of the zones can be adjusted.

Overheating or Component Burnout
Symptom
Cooktop glass surface is cracked or shattered.
Glass Ceramic Top Damage
Symptom
Cooktop timer function does not work or shuts off the wrong zone.
Timer/Zone Assignment Error
Symptom
Cooktop trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when turned on or when a specific zone is used.
Short Circuit or Earth Leakage
Symptom
Cooktop turns itself off during cooking without any error code; may restart after cooling.
Thermal Cut‑Out or Overheating Shutdown
Symptom
Gas burner clicks continuously even after the flame is established.
Continuous Ignition / Flame Sensing Fault
Symptom
Gas burner flame is very weak or goes out when set to low.
Low Flame / Poor Gas Flow
Symptom
Gas burner flame is yellow, noisy, or lifts off the burner ports instead of being blue and stable.
Incorrect Gas/Air Mixture or Burner Contamination
Symptom
Gas burner goes out when the knob is released, even though it lights while pressed.
