Charger will not start a charging session; front LED ring solid red; ChargePoint app shows generic fault and refuses to start charging.
General Charger Fault Lockout
CP-A1
Charger reports ground fault; LED ring red or flashing red; app or web interface shows a ground fault or GFCI trip; charging stops immediately after plug-in.
Ground Fault / GFCI Trip
CP-A2
Charger shows overcurrent or overload error; charging stops after a few seconds or minutes; app indicates current exceeded limit.
Output Overcurrent Protection Trip
CP-A3
Charger reports overvoltage on AC input; app or local display shows line voltage too high; charging is disabled.
AC Input Overvoltage Protection

Charger reports undervoltage or low line voltage; charging stops or will not start; app shows low voltage warning.
