Symptom
Auger makes loud grinding or squealing noises during operation.
Noisy Auger / Mechanical Binding
Symptom
Controller buttons are unresponsive or require very hard presses.
Worn or Contaminated Keypad
Symptom
Door or lid does not close evenly, leaving gaps and causing heat loss.
Misaligned or Warped Lid
Symptom
Excessive vibration or rattling noises from the grill body during operation.
Mechanical Vibration / Loose Panels
Symptom
Excessive white smoke during startup and cooking, with poor flame quality.
Incomplete Combustion / Smoky Burn
Symptom
