Pilot Signal Communication Fault

Charger displays E02 and refuses to energize; vehicle shows 'Charging Station Error' or 'Check Power Source'.
Ground Fault / Leakage Current Detected

E03 displayed; charger powers up but will not connect to vehicle; sometimes accompanied by a loud relay click.
