Control panel displays “Err 01” and softener will not start a regeneration cycle automatically.
Motor or Cam Position Fault
Err 02
Display shows “Err 02” and the unit stops mid-regeneration or will not advance through cycles.
Rotor Position / Switch Feedback Fault
Err 03
“Err 03” appears on the display and the softener does not draw brine during regeneration.
