E01

Charger will not start charging; app or LED indicates E01 immediately after plugging in vehicle.

Pilot Signal Communication Fault

E02

Charging session stops immediately with E02; LEDs may flash red; vehicle never begins to draw current.

Proximity / Latch Switch Fault

Charger displays E03 and refuses to start; app may indicate 'Ground fault detected' or 'GFCI trip'.

Ground Fault / Leakage Current Detected
