E01
Cordless vacuum will not power on at all when the power button is pressed, no lights on the handle or battery indicator.
Main Power Supply / Battery Protection Fault
E02
Cordless vacuum powers on but shuts off within a few seconds with an E02 code on the handle display or LED blinking pattern, often when switching to high power mode.
Overcurrent / Motor Overload Protection
E03
Cordless vacuum displays E03 and suction is very weak or absent, motor may sound strained or change pitch frequently.
Airflow Restriction / Blocked Duct Fault
E04
Cordless vacuum shows E04 and the brushroll in the motorised floor head stops spinning, even though suction continues.
Brushroll Jam / Motorised Floor Head Overload
E05
Cordless vacuum displays E05 and shuts down after a short run time, often accompanied by a hot smell from the motor area.
Overheating / Thermal Cut-Out Activation
E06
Cordless vacuum shows E06 and will not start or immediately stops, often after the battery has been recently replaced or removed.
Battery Communication / Identification Error
E07
Cordless vacuum displays E07 and the LED battery indicator flashes abnormally while the unit refuses to start.
Battery Overvoltage / Charger Fault
E08
Cordless vacuum shows E08 and runs only at low power or not at all, with erratic speed changes.
Motor Control / Hall Sensor Fault
E09
Cordless vacuum displays E09 and the LED battery indicator shows very low charge even after a full night on the charger.
Battery Capacity / Cell Degradation Fault
E10
Cordless vacuum shows E10 and will not charge when placed on the dock or connected to the charger; charger LED may blink.
Charging Circuit / Dock Connection Fault
E11
Cordless vacuum displays E11 and the LED filter indicator is lit; suction is reduced and the unit may pulse.
Filter Blocked / Filter Not Fitted Correctly
E12
Cordless vacuum shows E12 and the LED on the motorised brush head flashes; the brush may start and stop repeatedly.
Brush Head Communication / Power Fault
E13
Cordless vacuum displays E13 and emits a high-pitched beep; unit may not respond to mode changes.
Control Panel / Keypad Fault
E14
Cordless vacuum shows E14 and the LED lights flicker when trying to start; unit may start briefly then cut out.
Low Voltage / Under-Voltage Lockout
E15
Cordless vacuum displays E15 and the unit vibrates excessively or makes a rattling noise before shutting down.
Motor Imbalance / Rotor Fault
E16
Cordless vacuum shows E16 and the LED dust bin/full indicator is lit even after emptying the bin.
Dust Bin / Sensor Fault
E17
Cordless vacuum displays E17 and will not start when the trigger or power button is pressed, but lights may come on.
Safety Interlock / Bin or Filter Not Fitted
E18
Cordless vacuum shows E18 and the LED lights cycle but the unit does not respond to mode changes or trigger input.
Firmware / Internal Communication Error
Symptom
Cordless vacuum emits a burning or hot electrical smell during or after use, with or without reduced performance.
Overheating / Electrical Insulation Breakdown
Symptom
Cordless vacuum emits a musty or unpleasant odour from the exhaust air during use.
Odour / Hygiene Issue
Symptom
Cordless vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal and no error code is displayed.
General Airflow Restriction / Loss of Seal
Symptom
Cordless vacuum leaves visible dust and debris on carpets and hard floors even though the brushroll is spinning.
Poor Pickup / Floor Nozzle Performance Issue
Symptom
Cordless vacuum makes a loud high-pitched whine or grinding noise during operation, louder than when new.
Motor Bearing Wear / Mechanical Noise
Symptom
Cordless vacuum produces excessive vibration and rattling when using the motorised floor head, but runs smoothly without it.
Brushroll Imbalance / Nozzle Mechanical Fault
Symptom
Cordless vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge with no error code, then stops and requires recharging.
Reduced Battery Capacity / Runtime Issue
Symptom
Cordless vacuum suddenly stops during use and the battery pack feels very hot to the touch.
Battery Overheating / Thermal Protection
Symptom
Cordless vacuum trigger or power button feels loose, sticks, or does not click properly, causing unreliable operation.
Mechanical Switch / Trigger Wear
Symptom
Cordless vacuum will not stand securely on the charging dock or keeps losing contact and failing to charge.
Docking / Mechanical Alignment Issue
Symptom
Cordless vacuum will not start unless the handle or body is tapped or shaken, and may cut out intermittently during use.
Intermittent Power Connection / Loose Contact
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s battery indicator LEDs are inaccurate, dropping suddenly from high to empty.
Battery Gauge Calibration Issue
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s bin door will not close properly, causing dust to leak and reduced suction.
Dust Bin Latch / Seal Failure
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s crevice tool or mini motorised tool has very low suction compared to the main floor head.
Accessory Airflow Restriction
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s exhaust air blows out sideways or backwards more than usual, stirring up dust instead of capturing it.
Exhaust Direction / Seal Issue
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s filters become dirty very quickly and clog after only a short period of use.
Excessive Dust Load / Cyclone Inefficiency
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s LED lights or display do not work, but the vacuum still runs normally.
Indicator / Display Circuit Fault
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s mini motorised pet tool stops intermittently or has very low power.
Mini Motorised Tool Overload / Connection Fault
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s motorised brush head does not spin, but there is still suction and no error code.
Brushroll Drive Failure (No Error Detection)
Symptom
Cordless vacuum’s wand connection is loose, causing the head to wobble and sometimes lose suction.
Mechanical Coupling Wear
